My son started with this Academy aged 4, we weren't sure to start with how he would get on but he took to it really well. So much so that he's now 13, still going and assists with some of the little ninja and junior classes. Last year he achieved his dream of gaining his 1st Dan black belt and won both a Gold and Bronze Medal at the WUMA World Championships. His 10 year old brother trains at the academy as well and also won a Gold at the worlds last years World Championships. They owe such a lot to Sensei Mitch and the team that I cant put it into a single review. Friendships, teamwork, confidence the list goes on.

Took my son for a taster and was extremely disappointed as this was his first experience in mma. In my opinion the guy didn't seem to have any teaching experience, my son was left to guess what to do the guy yelled things out. The children were told to do side kicks and my son couldn't do it, so another child tried helping him and this lead to my son kicking the hard stand. Considering this was a child's first time he shouldn't of just been thrown into a class and should of had a teacher showing him what to do. So glad it was free I would not waste my money on this.
