Bought 3kw solar kit from voltacon, had issue with inverter and pv array, inverter pv system repaired (overpriced)only to recieve back with the ac input not working. Customer support (Steve) were very unhelpful and would not take responsibility for repaired inverter. They blame customer for any issues and then stop answering emails. Do not use this company, voltaCON by name!!!!
Very helpful ,competitively priced , my 5kw solar system has been running now for about 18 months , it is a superb piece equipment that is very adjustable for custom set ups , I am very please with the results , running it with a battery back up system , my electricity bill in the summer is almost zero highly recommended , for the service , quality of the equipment , and the price Well done Voltacon , and a big thanks for your help putting my system together and your support in fine tuning it
Voltacon's products are fantastic and the staff are more than happy to help. We bought a Solar Charger/Inverter for our campervan conversion and they assisted in the solar calculations, wiring specifications and understanding the setup. They go the extra mile and I would buy chargers, panels and LEDs from them in the future!
