A fantastic level of service from start to finish. I sent my request in on a Sunday and got a reply and quote the same day. Sent the lens the next day, was informed when it arrived, and it was fixed and returned the following day. Can't ask for more, highly recommended!

Great and fast communication, competitive pricing and speedy service. The zoom had jammed on my Canon EFS 18 -200 lens and tiny screws were rattling about deep inside. New lens needed I thought but sorted out by Wes and the team and returned working perfectly within a week. Superb service and all for less than half the price of a used lens. Perfect. Will use again.

Cannot fault Wes and the team. After my mother in law dropped my camera and jammed the zoom, I thought it was doomed! The repair was quick and good value and Wes was extremely helpful. I'll never let my mother in law borrow my camera again but if she does, I'll be booking it back in here.

I had a fault with my Canon compact that is out of production so thought it would be tricky to get repaired. Canon themselves said that they couldn't fix it. I sent it to Camera Repair Direct on a Friday and by Wednesday the camera was back with me and fixed in perfect working order. The price was also one of the lowest quotes I had. I was very pleased with the service, quality and the price. I would recommend Camera Repair Direct to anyone.
