I am a psychiatrist practicing in the Syracuse area of Upstate, NY. Kim and Jane have been instrumental in supporting our TMS clinic as we moved from a cash-based model to an insurance-based one. I can't write enough about the professionalism, quality of service, and integrity that they've shown us thus far in our relationship with them. Credentialing can be a lengthy and frustrating process. Kim and Jane have gotten our clinic nearly fully credentialed with most major insurers in a little over three months, and provide comprehensive updates on where we stand every week.
