I've been shocked and disappointed into leaving this review. We have just returned a toilet that had a damaged cistern straight out of the box and explained this when returning it, however, upon walking down the bathroom fittings aisle to look at the taps noticed that the returned item had just been put straight back on the shelf (not discounted or even resealed up) . I feel sorry for the next person that purchases it and wastes their time having to return it too and begs the question that it may have already been returned prior to us purchasing it and if the store is in the habit of wasting people's time.

Great little diy shop not as big as b&q but hey less busy and just the same things I needed that they have.
