You are able to take your time and go over the car both inside and out without the pressure of someone standing over you. They return phone calls and e-mails very quickly too! Stopped by one afternoon as they had a BMW X3 on their website at about the right budget and looked to be in good condition. On arrival everyone was very polite and professional. The car was great and in great condition, was able to test drive it that afternoon. There was no hard sell but liked the car so before I left my deposit was paid! Picked up the car a few days later. I have now been driving it for a few months and it has been flawless. An excellent place to buy a used car :)
