I rang the shop the other day as I was looking for information about the mobile shop that comes around and for contact information for the sales rep. I believe I was speaking to mark on the phone who was very helpful and understanding. He gave me the sales reps contact info straight away. Once I rang George (sales rep) he was also very helpful and obliging. He took my details and and rang back with a date he would be in my area. Came today with everything I was looking for and more. Couldn’t ask for a better service or nicer lads. Thanks very much to all.A1 service

Very poor equipment quality, it broke down just after two weeks of use. They have taken it for repair for the last month, and I am not being updated if it is repaired or not. I have been contacting Kevin, but everytime he's to ring back with more information and he never does. I need to know more information as it is over a month now. Same situation with a colleague of mine, equipment broke down after a few weeks of use. Could you follow up with Kevin and let me know please.
