Really impressed with Redwood Collections, from start to finish. Chasing invoices is not something any business relishes and being a consultant, my client relationships are key. In this instance, the relationship was fine but it was clear the client had no intention of paying and I needed to remove myself from the fee chasing and add clout to the process. Redwood took all the pressure off me, managed to secure their fees from the debtor and kept me up to date on everything. I didn't need to chase them and saw my invoices paid. They're very experienced and highly professional and their help allowed me to focus on my other clients, rather than time-waste and risk losing out on invoices amounting to a significant sum for my business. It was a pleasure to work with them - even though it was to help with a situation nobody wants to be in. I've recommended them to a number of business-owners already.

Grant Murray from this firm persistently (30 times) click baited us which is pretty much the worst business model in modern times. It was identified that they have 29 registered bad debts against them, so not as good as the website would have you believe. He then attempted to use rhetoric and make threatening assertions against my review in an attempt to have the review removed. The review is not malicious and which is published in the public interest all in accordance with the Communication Act and would suggest you take the feedback in a way that can make you a better version of yourself. We are all only on this planet the once so why not try to impress everybody and be the best Grant Murray out there.
