Ignore the negative comments on here. Dr. Morgan is a great ENT, and the staff at ENT Associates are as well. I also go to the Grandview location, they're great. You may have to wait, but I would rather wait because that tells me the doctor is taking time with their patients, which is a plus for me.

I had appointment at 9 am and others said that theirs was at 9:30. Am when they check in. One lady didn’t have a mask on even though the signs state that you have to wear a mask at all times I waited until 9:35 am before walking out. They didn’t even know that I walked out until 10:00 when they try to call me. I will be calling them later and telll them what I think. Some of us can’t sit in the chairs that long. If you have a appointment with a dr then they should call you on time.

Office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Bruce Morgan has helped my children with their hearing problems tremendously and I would highly recommend this office for your ENT needs. Very easy to schedule an appointment and very little wait time when in office.

I loved Dr Bruce Morgan. He is very knowledgeable. He saw me right away and took care of my problem. On the other hand the nurses were very loud. I couldn’t hear a lot of what dr Morgan was telling me. Every time I come here the nurses are loud and they are usually on their cellphones. I don’t like that.
