This is a great company that stands behind their products. I had an issue where I never got my tracking number after a month. I didn't fret too much earlier since I knew the issues with USPS had caused major delays. But, as Christmas was drawing ever nearer, I began to worry since I planned on it being a Christmas gift. I emailed concerned of scams, because I had been scammed already 2x this past year. As soon as I got through on the phone, the owner answered, reassured me that it was shipped out the same day it was ordered and forwarded me the tracking which confirmed that and it was just lost somewhere in the mail system. He immediately shipped another one to me free of charge and gave me the new tracking so I can track it myself. All products for sale on their site are always in stock, and I had excellent customer service despite it being crazy busy during the holiday season!!! I recommend this company and its products to anybody looking for a custom button for a good laugh or interesting gift! Thanks for being responsive and providing a great service for an issue that is no fault of your company.
