Contacted D Sankey Ltd as there was a dead rat stuck behind a kitchen cupboard. They were with me on the same day, within a few hours of contacting them. Really friendly guy, incredibly polite and courteous. Dealt with the problem in a matter of minutes and took the time to make sure it wouldn't reoccur. Sheer coincidence but he also happened to turn up at the exact moment I took a lunch break from home working! Thank you D Sankey Ltd!
