Neon Distraction

Went in for what I believed would be a simple trim. I made what I wanted 100% clear. A trim. No length taken off. I've been growing it out to achieve a certain look for my birthday and after 4 months without a haircut, I was almost there. I even showed her EXACTLY what was important to me. She cut what I told her was important to me right off my head. After she cut it off I gave her permission to take some length off as it was sticking up in a particular spot but at that point the damage had been done. I understand and I'm well aware that some length has to come off when trimming to get everything right. But she cut at least 3 inches off my hair. All my curls...GONE. With all that said, she was very nice and the haircut she gave is quality if it was what I wanted. But it's not what I thoroughly explained that I wanted.

What I asked for vs what I got ... I never dyed my hair any color ... I was finally comfortable and exited for a new hair color , I then end up with this .. I have no words .. I only paid because I had to run errands and had no time to even speak about it hopefully those 75 helps them .. if the hair stylist didn’t know what she was doing don’t you think it would have been better to let the customer know ? Someone please tell me ... PLEASE !!! .. like I’m not mad I’m just very disappointed with this place..

I called to make an appointment, the lady said to come at 2. When I showed up I was told to have a seat like all the other people who were walk-ins. It was shoulder to shoulder in that place! This is unacceptable during a pandemic. These ladies are trying to do too much and don't honor appointments.
