Don't waste your time!! After scheduling over 6 weeks out for my mother-in-laws appointment with Dr. Kerwin and being rescheduled already once, we received a call hours before her afternoon appt (after taking off work and rearranging schedules) stating that the Dr. was sick and had to cancel and that they would be in touch at a later time to reschedule (again). A week later, we get a call from the office that they are no longer accepting new patients. After trying to explain to them that they were accepting patients when we had originally scheduled the appointment and just needed to reschedule for the time they canceled on us last minute, they blew us off and were very rude and said \don't kill the messenger\. We wasted 2 months when we could have been getting treatment with another doctor. As frustating as the situation is, I guess we should be grateful that we did not waste anymore time on Dr. Kerwin. UPDATE: as of 9/27/18: Disappointed yet again. After considering Dr. Kerwin's response to the above review, my husband has since tried to contact her practice 3 times in the past month with zero response. They do not answer calls and do not return voicemails.
