They sent me a cpap machine last year, I'm still paying for, and it doesn't work. I've spent countless hours on the phone with customer service and while they said they're sending a new machine, they never actually did. They did send new parts, but they don't even fit the machine they sent. They keep charging me for this machine that doesn't work and for parts that don't even fit! Terrible customer service. Terrible to be charged for their mistakes.

Secretary was super rude and hung up after my first question even though I had more to say and ask! Tried calling 2 more times but was first sent to voicemail and then they answered and immediately hung up. So unprofessional..
