In Dallas on business and found Americano near my hotel. A great find! Food and service were excellent. Delicious cauliflower salad, outstanding linguine with grilled shrimp, and scrumptious strawberry compote and olive oil infused ice cream for dessert. Will be back next time I am in town!

I love Nobu. So I’m a little biased... first Nobu I ever went to was in San Diego for my brother’s thirtieth birthday. Had an amazing time there ( that location is a little different than this one). I highly recommend going here to anyone .

Exquisite menu, food out of this world, it's not cheap but worth every penny. Drinks are very well done. Plenty vegetarian options. Romantic, upscale japanese Prefect place to wear little black dress and enjoy great service, ambiance. We tried several dishes, small portions but man oh man I have no words to describe the taste. Ladies restrooms were filthy, they must bring it up to premium standard. l definitely did not expect this.

I love Nobu. So I’m a little biased... first Nobu I ever went to was in San Diego for my brother’s thirtieth birthday. Had an amazing time there ( that location is a little different than this one). I highly recommend going here to anyone who puts a heavy value emphasis on art, Japanese culture, space, lots of feng shui, a delicious handcrafted meal and a very special dining experience. Similar to uchi yet also very unique in their super premium style and presentation.

Because this is as the higher end of things, I'll be more persnickety with my review. The food was good and hit interesting notes... But it did not blow my mind. The sushi and sashimi were well prepared but depending on what you got, some of it lacked a defining flavor. Dessert was disappointing. The Bento Box dessert was either missing an advertised ingredient or was just unbalanced. The menu can be a dilemma because it had too many items. Now, some may view this is a positive but I feel you need to balance options with consumer confusion, especially for a high end restaurant. Yes, there are veg options but don't waste your time/money here if you don't eat fish. The service was good and prompt but I do wish the servers would take a moment at the beginning to explain how to go about the Nobu experience rather than the guests having to ask a bunch of questions even before they can order drinks. (Not faulting the servers but the training/brief they are given by management.) The ambience was nice and I'd recommend this place for a celebatory date night - but it's not somewhere you'd go for a very satisfactory meal or a first date. Regarding Covid, I appreciated the distancing between tables and staff wearing masks. (Wish some stupid guests would do the same when walking through the restaurant.) The digital menu easily accessible on your mobile phone was a smart choice. However, the cleanliness was not spotless. My seat had a few stains and that was quite turning off in a place like this. Also, annoyingly, I found my legs hitting the table base very often. Maybe they could have chosen a better table design? Again, these small things detract you from the intended evening. Given the price point and portioning, not a place I'd save my appetite for all day. In fact, I'd suggest having a small meal a couple of hours before your reservation. That being said, it's still a nice option for an occasion. But unless they were just having an off day, I'd align my expectations.
