I scheduled an appointment and even went to a last minute consultation prior to because whoever scheduled me forgot to have me come in for a consultation since I wanted to do something blonde with my naturally dark brown hair. The day of my appointment I got a call from someone at the salon TWO hours before my appointment that the person who was going to do my hair could not make it in. The women I spoke to did not offer to have someone else do my hair or to even reschedule for a later date. This would have been my first time going there so it did not matter to me if someone else offered to do my hair since I had already made time for them to do my hair on a Saturday morning almost two weeks out. Definitely felt like I was just another customer and did not feel like the staff cared about wasting my time.

I have been coming to this salon for about a year, and everytime I get a gorgeous haircut. Morgan and Jonathan are wonderful stylists. I would highly recommend coming to Salon Pompeo!
Very relaxing and state-of-the-art
Julian was my stylist. My hair was so perfect it literally brought tears to my eyes. I love it so much. It was affordable and I know I'll be going back. Julian is THE BEST!!
I got my hair cut and styled by Jeremiah. This is the first time I’ve ever left a review on anything, but I need to because WOW! I love my new hair and will definitely be going back in the future.
