I brought 1st fix and 2nd fix makita nail guns but due to change in the work I had to return them. I haven’t used them and on the return they said there are signs of use and they retained 20 for that. Think carefully before you buy if something goes wrong and need to return they will find an excuse to hold some money.

Bought from this company before, the guy was helpful. The second dealing I had was a general question regarding a product which the gentleman claimed didn't exist for this particular tool which it certainly did and clearly sold elsewhere, after a few more questions from myself it turned out they didn't stock it which is fair enough but next time just say that instead of saying it doesn't exist. This frustrated me and I bought the tool 152 from another company. Customer service is vital to securing a sale so take time to make every effort to accommodate, would have been easy to offer to order that unstocked part from the manufacturer since you are a distributor for that brand. I was getting the impression it was too much trouble to help and far easier to say no sorry..... until this I was happy enough but it only takes one bad occasion to send a customer elsewhere. *UPDATE* 06/08/20 Thank you Alan Watkins for the late reply. My review was based on the actual attitude of your staff member at the time for advising me that the rubber protective boot for the stubby didnt exist for that tool which it did, it was not about price. My point was a tool shop who specialise in Milwaukee tools advising me the rubber boot didnt exist for the 12v stubby impact driver when it infact does ( that's what annoyed me) Possibly could do with some product training and more to the point customer service skills.

All special equipment and very helpful staff. No problem to order unusual things , and pick up from store. Even you can ask for advice and choose right tools for your job. Really like do shopping there. Never been disappointed with this shop.

Top shop, went there for a good look around and was not disappointed. Everything you need for a top class builder. Staff very helpful, if not in stock they will get it for you.
