Keep getting refused to get on a bus with a hidden disabilities card round my neck saying i am not aloud on because I don't have a mask

Use Arriva bus service quite a lot, I would not say it's a great service, sometimes the driver can be moody, and inpatient, but on the other hand I have seen some rude passengers, often very late, but if you stop and think about road works , and the time it takes for mums to get buggies and children on the bus and then there is people in wheelchairs, it all takes time so perhaps we should all be more patient , and not blame the driver for everything, could be cheaper, but then a lot of people have cheap bus passers, and senior citizens go free, so not all bad. Sometimes buses can be very smelly perhaps could be cleaned better.
It's the bus choice that you have no choice on. Delays are a constant problem but it can rarely be controlled. Drivings being early can though and that's where I get annoyed sometimes. The majority of the divers are nice to some degree. Not to mention the frequency buses seem to break down in some way, whether that be the whole bus or the ticket machine being a pain. These tend to just depending on the bus you take as some routes tend to get better buses than others. The prices can be high but it's something you just have to put up with or walk (I know I choose the latter a lot). In the end they do their job and you just have to put up with the negatives or take a bike or something.
The bus service in Richmond and Catterick is utterly useless. The buses are ALWAYS late, and the drivers and consistently rude, unpleasant, unhelpful and speak to you as if you are ruining their day simply by existing. Taking an Arriva bus anywhere in Richmondshire is an absolute penance. Avoid at all costs.
well they just about have the monopoly in Darlington so well it's a case of , thank you for traveling with Arriva we know you picked us because you have no other choice
