I find the staff here very friendly and helpful. My Doctor is amazing and I don't mind saying which doctor that is!.....My doctor is Dr Susan Davies. She has helped me through some very tough times, my own health condition but also helped me, my mum and my sisters family deal with the bereavement of my sister.She has been my doctor for 20 years and although I appreciate that being caring is a prerequisite to being a doctor, I believe she goes over and above the Hippocratic Oath.Her secretary, Becci McNally, is also very good and I am thankful for everything they have done, and continue to do for me.The nursing team is also very friendly and caring, Maria Horwell and Emily Long to name just a couple.Admin staff such as Sue Clayden and Yvonne Godfrey are also very helpful and patient!! N.B I do not class the pharmacy Spackmans and McKenzie as part of Abbey House, and this review, despite being located within the practice.
