The website had given me the information I needed and I got all the help necessary from staff on the counter and in the yard to obtain the timber I wanted, loaded into my car. The cost was much less than elsewhere, and even a special delivery of decking boards to my house was arranged and done with courtesy and proficiency. TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! Very good pricing and excellent delivery times. Very friendly staff. Came home from work and found my delivery in my garden .
Absolutely fabulous service here. Rang up and spoke to Katie who was very helpful. Enquired about if they had stock of a gate we wanted which she promptly reserved for us. Got there 2 hours later and socially distanced to go in and everything was collected for us. Great place and great staff we will definitely be using them again despite there being plenty of places closer to us. Stress free from start to finish, well done guys.
