The front office and nurses are nice however the follow up and patient care is HORRIBLE!! I visited about a condition that was troubling me and the \SPECIALIST\ never checked me for said condition in my blood work. I never received a call back regarding my test results. I had to call them numerous times to get results that should have been added to my patient portal. Additionally, I felt that Dr. Boden mocked me in interviewing me with his resident and did not take my concerns seriously. Alternatively, he told me I needed to see a nutritionist which I already stated I was doing. He attempted to prescribe me medication that I mentioned I was already currently taking. Hence which further proved he was not listening for understanding but simply to reply. I will never go back to this place it was a complete waste of time and money.

WOW!!!! Reading these reviews makes me very, very sad. I see nothing has changed at IDSA. HORRIBLE! JUST HORRIBLE! place to work. Management is AWFUL! STILL A TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT! KNOWN FOR FALSITY, GOSSIPY BEHAVIOR, POOR LEADERSHIP, RAPID EMPLOYEE TURNOVER, CLIQUES AND EXCLUSIONS!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst place to be employed at ever ! The turn over rate is extremely high for a reason. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WORK HERE! The manager Donna is the Devil, Laureen is very evil as well and joy the other manager is a snake in the grass. Do not trust any of them. I came in as a tempt and I’m leaving as a tempt it’s not worth it. And the doctors are so busy with patients they don’t take the time out to even care for the employees there. This place is the devils pit. And as far as patients I wouldn’t recommend this place they go through too many employees for your medical records to be private. I wouldn’t trust this place at all. And Laureen the manager is all about money she over charges certain patients just so she gets a bonus check at the end of the year.

I had an appointment scheduled for 3:00 and arrived 10 minutes early. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes and was then ushered to an exam room where I sat for 15 minutes. It was time for me to leave after the 16th minute. In the hall the person that took my blood pressure said did you see the doctor? I said no. I advised her that I usually don't wait more than 30 minutes to see a professional medical provider and I had already waited 45 minutes she could not believe that I was leaving. I went to the person that collected my copay and requested a refund she said did you see the doctor? I said of course not, that is why I am requesting a refund of my 60 copay. She said do you want me to ask the blood pressure person to check on the MD I said no, because I had already spoken to her as I left the exam room, and she knew I was leaving. I turned and looked behind me and down the hall stood a tall man with his back to me speaking to the blood pressure person. The blood pressure person approached me and said the doctor had been reviewing my records that I had sent from Northside Hospital, I said nothing and left. I feel that a professional medical provider would not have kept a patient waiting 45 minutes and they would not have sent the blood pressure person to provide and excuse. The doctor knew I was still there instead of coming to me himself he sent a subordinate to give me an explanation why I waited as long as I did. There is nothing professional about keeping someone waiting 45 minutes especially if they are paying you. Does this behavior say Dr. Dretler thinks his time is more valuable than mine I did drive from Roswell to Decatur, or is he saying I don't see your value as a new patient and you are just a copay. Either way his behavior does not meet my standards for a professional medical provider.
