My experience was quick and easy. They offer free HIV testing and free STD, and STI once every 12months and for a small fee if you need another test before that time. The employees were nice and friendly and place was very clean.

I went in for the free full panel STI testing today. The staff that helped me were very fast and efficient. Not to mention, extremely friendly and patient. If you don’t have insurance, I highly recommend coming here for its free/low cost services.

I had an appointment today at 1pm i saw James and Regina they both were excellent they had great customer service and knew how to make you feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable their personalities were a 100 they went above and beyond they make your visit the best thanks again. -Mr Tucker

Well, I wanted to visit this location based on the reviews but unfortunately I didn’t even make it to the front door before I experienced very rude and inconveniencing customer service. As instructed, I reached out via phone to schedule an appointment For STI testing but at 9:10 am - 9:40 am and after calling literally 10 times , 4 out of the 10 times , someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I am extremely upset and disgusted in the manner of which this was handled because on the first pick up I could have been informed that they weren’t taking appointments. It is blatant disrespect to constantly be hung up on and ignored , especially when matters of the health are involved. and yes , I did continue to call to share the inconvenience of having to hear the phone constantly ring. I had time today.
