I’ve been a patient now for almost 12 years. I’ve never had bad service. Dr Pollock is thorough and his staff is knowledgeable. Dr Pollock’s bedside manner is one of the best. He gives me his full attention and when I’m sick, he personally calls and checks on me!! I couldn’t ask for a better pulmonologist!!

I've only seen the NP, but honestly I don't know how anyone gets care here. The staff are so incompetent. You stand and wait while they take personal phone calls or joke around with each other. They contacted the wrong facility for my sleep study records. A simple pickup of an oxygen monitor took 30 minutes and the battery wasn't charged. So now they are calling me daily at the crack of dawn to do it all over again and I'm not driving back down there to wait and pay astronomical parking fees.

Dr Pollack has been my doctor for 11 years and saved my life when I suffered a pulmonary embolism that could have killed me. He is kind, wise, and takes time to listen to all my concerns...one of the few doctors I can say that about. I would rank him among the best doctors in Atlanta and I’ve been to many, many doctors! I’ve always found his staff to be courteous and attentive. His is definitely a five-star practice.
