Seller is a cheater, selling old and used inverters and claiming himself as an authorised distributor of Luminous but he is not. He is selling products without GST invoice despite a GST registered trader. So u won't be able to claim warranty from company. He will assure you to change the product but would never do that, he has so many excuses like product not available, staff not available and health issues. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. I am marking a complaint to GST revenue department and pgportal.gov.in now. Also Planning to file a case of cheating and fraud under IPC sections along with parallel case in consumer court. Anyone else facing such issues from him pls do not sit relax and raise your voice against such kind of cheating.
