Fitter / Carpenter Stuart (think he said his Surname was James-Kernan or something that sounds similar) just finished fitting my double glazed back door. Despite my Victorian house being tilted in every direction possible, he has done a job i can only describe as perfect. Big thank you Stuart - you are a very skilled man.

I have just had 9 large Victorian sash windows replaced by DBP with similar style upvc windows in a chartwell green colour. The service from start to finish has been perfect. The replacement windows are of a high quality. But the stand out feature of this job has been the craftsmanship of the two fitters Stuart and Josh. They have both been very polite, courteous and have treated my property with respect. The job took four days and at the end of each day they did a thorough tidy up. Exterior trims, interior woodwork etc finished to such a high standard that you wouldn’t even know the windows had been replaced....no damage to plaster, wallpaper etc so no need to decorate immediately. If the boss is reading this they both need a pay rise. Prior to starting the job communication with the company was easy and all appointments were kept. Both Stuart from the warehouse and the boss Garry visited my property before hand to take measurements and explain options. Even though during the job some rotten woodwork was exposed, this was fixed without any increase to the quoted price. I highly recommend this company.

Just had 5 hard wood windows and conservatory sides replaced at the back of the house due mainly to the fact that they had to be treated with a preservative annually and getting to a point where I would have to engage someone to do the work, plus not being as steady as I used to be on a ladder!!. DBP replaced all my windows at the front last year, again due to some slight deterioration in the condition of the wood. Stuart and Josh have done a marvelous job, fitting, finish and so tidy and pleasant, even placed the blinds back for me Very pleased all round, quality of the windows and conservatory sides, the roof was only about 4 years old, so they just fitted the frame Thanks to all at DBP from initial survey, quote and workmanship, pleased once again I asked you to carry out the work HH RHYL
