Christian met us right as we arrived with a smile in his voice. He was a great listener, was really responsive and gave us over all excellent service. The finance department was also super sweet. They were very fairly priced, quick, and not pushy AT ALL. Super fair price. We highly recommend.

Claudia and the finance team made today a wonderful experience. I ENJOYED buying from them, Claudia even made the wait for finance to finish enjoyable with some great small talk. The finance guy was very honest about which warranty to buy and which wasn't worth the cost on our car. Compared to other no haggle used car places, Sign It was more upscale, better service, and definitely a better car. I only wish I took a selfie with the wonderful Claudia. (Pic doesn't do the car justice!)

Great Experience! I’ve bought several cars through the years from different dealers around the metroplex and this was by far the easiest experience I’ve had. Irvin was very knowledgeable and I feel that he genuinely listened to our wants and need and I never felt rushed or pressured into a deal. Terry was also very helpful making sure all of the paperwork was ready and signed quickly as we had our two small children with us. I felt that everyone was super helpful and respectful of our time.
