Excellent service. Initial communication was over email and there was always a super quick response from Phil every time. Pricing for the work I needed on my bike was extremely reasonable and Michael the mechanic was super friendly and very accommodating to my requirements. I would definitely recommend this place.

Supplied me the bike I wanted at the best price and got it for me in exceedingly faster than expected time given it was a special order. Wholeheartedly recommend these people.

Employee's at this store are very friendly and they're willing to help. Although i have had some issues when I've paid them to repair part's or replace part's on my bike where i have had to return to the store 2/3 times to have a happy end result. I had left a previous review although wanted to delete it and leave another. The person who i believe is the primary person who fixes/ services bicycle's (Michael) is very friendly and understanding. I will continue to buy part's from this store.
