I've been coming here for underpriced antiques and vintage items for over 10 years! This place is a gem! Yes, items are dusty, yes it's crowded, but if you're a real thrift shop hunter you'll love all the hidden gems. The prices are very good FOR WHAT YOUR GETTING! Authentic antique and vintage items. If you're looking for a boutique experience and need to have your hand held. Please go somewhere else. I think the staff is wonderful and very down to earth people. This shop is not for babies that will throw a tantrum that they didn't get a candy with their purchase.

Oh My God!! I never saw so much great stuff in one place. I feel like a \kid in a candy shop\ when I visit Roosevelt Tower. So much to choose from. And the staff is helpful! This is a \must see\ place to visit!

Great staff and knowledgeable about the store and its contents. Yes some items have dust, but guess what unlike people who leave nonsensical reviews. Their stuff gets sold and finds happy homes. Stop in and have a look at Roosevelt. Will be back!!!
