Loved the food and the service, but when im paying 30 a plate I hate hearing 'sorry you can't have a take away container for you food'. They will throw away my food, but I can't take it home. Won't eat there again.

Very friendly staff definitely book for Friday or Saturday nights it gets very busy. To me they looked like they could have done with just one more staff member as they were continually moving very fast.

We are regulars every Sunday for the breakfast buffet. We’ve always enjoyed the service and food. This morning was very disappointing, running out of food, coffee, cups, hot water and glasses. There was water and milk on the floor near the coffee station. Not enough staff to cater to patrons. People standing around the buffet waiting for food that never arrived.

We didn't have a great experience. Not only is the menu stupidly priced (10 for two small scoops of ice cream in desert menu, and 50 for a 300g steak with a sprinkling of chips) but the service was pretty average. Arrived at the counter. They were obviously way under staffed. Waited 10 minutes to be served after the waiter saw us. After we were finally seated we were given water and then the waiter disappeared. Waited for 15 minutes and finally got asked for drinks. Another 15 min before being asked for mains. After we ordered our mains which included a garlic bread, we waited OVER AN HOUR for food which was then not only late but did not include half the things stated it said it came with on the menu. Then it turns out after waiting an hour, they didn't even deliver us a garlic bread, in fact they just forgot it. We then waited another 20 minutes to have our table cleared. Once the dinners were sorted we ordered desert. The table next to us had finished their deserts but were delivered a second round of deserts somehow, and guess what! It's what we ordered! The waitress came back to them and said it was on the house for the mix up. They then delivered our deserts to us. We went to pay and asked to gave our garlic bread removed from our bill as we never got it. Waiter asked are you sure?! Yes mate. We are sure. Not returning there for a meal anytime soon. Seems it was not an isolated incident. We had 3 groups of friends staying at the Hilton hotel with us at the same time using our Territory Vouchers, and all had a very similar experience over the duration of the weekend.

Would recommend booking in advance as each night I tried to book a table recently, the restaurant was at maximum capacity, meaning we had to wait. Laura at The Deck Bar, however, was welcoming and accommodated our group in the iterim. Mike made some fantastic cocktails; the ambiance was perfect for a girl's night out and we were impressed with the time it took from ordering to being served, especially whilst the restaurant was so busy! Our only issue being that the restaurant didn't have "normal" Coke, only pre-mix...

Arrived 30 minutes early to have a cocktail out the front. These never arrived. After being seated the cocktails arrived and were the wrong ones. The beer I got was 3 years past its used by date. The drinks were replaced at no charge. Spoiler alert, they were charged. Food took quite a long time. No bread or water was given until we asked for it. Thankfully the food was really good, but I still wouldn't return.

Experience wasn't great. I did have a reservation at 7pm called and they were happy to change to 6pm. We were first in the door, ordered pretty much first. An hour later we saw people around us that came in after us eating their meals... we asked about our entrees several times. Our entrees arrived roughly an hour and fifteen minutes later. Two of our three entrees were cold. Very dissapointed at this stage. Main meal came soon after it was also disappointing probably due to the experience. When leaving to pay for the meal i had asked one of the waitstaff to have a chat to mike (the manager) regarding the food, she did not understand what I was trying to ask. They gave us the entrees for free but didnt make up for the time waited or cold entrees. I do not recommend this place, go next door to hanumans.
