I Brian Little, Director of Jenson & Jenson Lettings Ltd, have experienced an extremely poor level of service from this department of Glasgow City Council. All staff members we have engaged with do not follow any of The Customer Service Standards OR Service Charter. Having made numerous Formal Complaints at the very highest level, they seem only intent on defending each other blindly, and it seems without listening to the customers' given points of dissatisfaction. We have asked Formally for the Business Gateway arm of this organization to be investigated and have a Root and Branch Review carried out, however, on both occasions we have received no reply/ no answer. We consider this department to be staffed by arrogant and unprofessional people who are highly paid by the Council Tax Payer for under achieving. Has the time arrived for this department to genuinely listen to the Customer ????????
