Very big, very busy airport. The train between terminals is very quick and efficient. Lots of amenities and shops, yet some still appear to be closed due to COVID. Come prepared and be sure to pack your patience as there is a mass of humanity moving throughout the facilities and many seem to be bellow average intelligence and oblivious to the fact that they are not the only people on earth. Overall, an above average airport that despite the distances between concourses and overall area encompassed, is easy to navigate and well organized.

DFW has its challenges. There are many entrances because they way terminals are blocked off. Some have pre-check while others do not. It can be very frustrating. Food offerings are basic and fast food oriented compared to some other airports. Despite the large footprint, it is common for plane traffic issues which can delay your flight or keep you waiting on the tarmac for an extended time. I would not go through DFW until I had to.
My first time ever flying, turning the age 50. Wonderful experience and awesome service throughout the entire visit. Thank you for allowing my first experience to be GREAT!!! Keep up the outstanding work that you're doing.
DFW Airport is not bad, but like most airports, boring. One can only drink so many margaritas and eat so many potato skins. How about some slot machines, or a movie theater? Something to do while AA tries to get it together. Other than spending 7 hours there it wasn't a bad experience, just nothing to do or see. Neat and clean airport. Spent most of my layover in the Club in D terminal. Great rest spot. Covid protocols are on point and the amenities are great. Staff were awesome too!
