We booked for our wedding last September (only just getting round to the reviews). Everyone enjoyed the food and staff were friendly. I think all our guests appreciated a normal, tasty and filling meal instead of the usual food you get at weddings, it went down a storm. Highly recommend.

The Fish and Chips for our evening meal at our wedding were just perfect. The van was great – feeding almost 200 guests, everyone said how lovely the fish was. We had lots of children at our wedding, and so It was perfect for all ages. It fitted in with the feel of our day perfectly and was just no mess, no hassle, fantastic value, great fish and chips! Just to say a massive thank you for all your hard work at our wedding on Saturday. The food was absolutely fantastic. We like to think of ourselves as connoisseurs of fish & chips (!), and we can honestly say that yours are the best we've ever tasted. We had lots of positive comments about them from our guests too. The generous portion sizes definitely went down well, and the fact that the food was so fresh and hot made a real impression. I loved how light the batter on the fish was, and how the chips weren't at all greasy - and yet, they still made for a suitably decadent wedding breakfast! Lots of people commented on how yummy the ice cream was too (the chocolate one was a particular hit). Last but not least, thank you for your professionalism and excellent communication. All my emails over the last year or so have been met with speedy responses, and I was never worried that you'd let us down in any way. The speed of service was also impressive, particularly considering we had 140 guests on 17 tables. You run a well-oiled machine!
Excellent fish and chips for our party. Dan and Jade were so organised and professional. All our guests commented on the fish and chips saying they were the best ever. Service was great. Some comments we received from our guests were The best we have tasted Not greasy. Hot and delicious. Large servings. The mushy peas were delicious Everyone thought it was a great idea to do fish and chips and I would not hesitate to use them again.
Dodson’s provides the catering for our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with the service or food. Communications were clear and prompt from the outset, very easy to deal with. On the day the guests loved the food and commented on how delicious it was. Do your guests a favour and avoid the chicken dinner, book Dodsons instead!
Just wanted to say thanks for providing the fish and chips at our wedding. We didn't think that our Indian guests would prefer the fish and chips and that our English would prefer the curry... But that's how it worked out. Your fish and chips were a complete success, everyone loved them... Even my dad was impressed. THANK YOU '

I just wanted to say a quick thank you for everything you did to help make our wedding day so amazing! We received so many compliments about the food and the fact there were people coming back for seconds spoke volumes.
