Absolutely shocking service from this company. We have order lots from them. This time they sent the wrong size runs and the issue is still not resolved. We were told we would get a call back two weeks ago. Still waiting. Unprofessional, unreliable, non responsive and a stinking attitude towards good customer. Won’t be back.

Used Dog Run Panels as a supplier for a few years now and we are always happy with the standard of the dog run panels. They always have a good amount of stock.
After lots of research we chose a thermal kennel from Dog Run Panels and we are so pleased we did. Absolutely thrilled with the quality and the guys that fitted it were so friendly. Thanks Sophie and the team!
Called to order a dog run panel. I was told I could not order though as they don't have a driver and cannot post them with a courier at this time of year. This goes against everything they claim on their website. Very unusual for a company to not want your money.

Phoned up to order a dog Kennel gentleman very unprofessional came across as he did not want to sell any very unhelpful if this is a salesman I think he needs to change his profession because buy the sounds of him he would not be able to sell ice cream to children stay away unprofessional sale ethic
