Zero star!!!!! Absolutely appalling communication and customer service! So service I have received from Roundbrand doors and windows at Armthorpe Doncaster. Told them the measurements for my glass Exactly how they are , we receive glass only they are made to thick , we wait another week for replacement in the mean time I enquire about delivery as they are heavy and fragile but was told they could not deliver until middle of October so don’t bother, Darren takes the wrong glass back and to collect replacements only they are locked in factory (Saturday morning) new glass is delivered on the following Wednesday after I argue I’m not happy , new glass has crack in it, replacement glass just delivered and has a chip in the corner this is what I’m told it is. It’s a shell chip very common in large pieces of glass , they will not replace it or refund me!

Extremely poor customer service. Order a window which is was not made as was ordered. Contacted the company which has taken 3 weeks and 14 phone calls - To be told that’s how the order was written down by the lady and will be 30 to correct. Had they said this from the start I would have accepted paid the money had to window corrected, however- the show room manager refused to do anything until the sales lady returned of holiday- so had to wait 3 weeks, surly the manager could have told me this is the first place! The worst customer service i have ever experienced.

We built a new house and had all our windows and two French doors from Roundbrand at Armthorpe, Doncaster. Very pleased with quality and service. One small problem was quickly rectified and changed. Service on ordering the manufacture and all after sales service from Karen in the sales office was very prompt and efficient.
