The facilities are great,l, the food is great, and the coffee is great. But, the staff even better! I work from the QH most days as a home based worker, and the staff are incredibly friendly and can't do enough to make sure you are welcome and enjoy your time in the facilities.

The food is good and staff are friendly
They are showing a complete lack of social responsibility. We are due to go to a concert there on 3rd April. Despite government warnings to limit social interaction they are still totally unwilling to refund tickets.
Loved this place, amazing FREE indoor play area for the kids and a great cafe as well. Finding decent espresso on the island is a challenge.
Normally go here for lunch, asked for coffee at drinking temperature we got it boiling, went up to soft play to find buckets of chemicals lying around without anyone near which we had to complain about. Ordered lunch which we were told it would be 10mins, took double that with not many others in and got it served to us burnt... Highly disappointed.
