Spoke to someone at Dunster House that listened to what our needs were and advised us on the best log cabin. Was sent a provisional delivery date which we agreed. Was able to track the item to our door. Delivery driver very helpful. Instructions easy to follow. Called customer service to ask about the best weather protection for the log cabin as we did not want to paint it. Again very knowledgeable and helpful. 1 door had a crack by the hinge. Emailed them as per instructions on website. Received email same day. Ordered, delivered replacement quite quickly. Again able to agree and track delivery. Have now got a lovely games room for our teenage son. Would highly recommend Dunster House. Great customer service and fantastic quality products and all at a good value. Thank you.
We bought the Lil Lodge Playhouse with wave slide. The goods arrived on time, in excellent condition, and we two women got it built over two half-days. It's an excellent product, sturdy and beautiful, and my grandson adores it. One star off because: it would have been good to have known in advance what tools were necessary. We had to do an emergency Amazon order because there was so much hole-drilling to do, and we didn't have a suitable drill. Would also suggest some roofing felt for the roof ridge, and an optional door. Nevertheless, more than satisfied with the purchase, which looks as if it will last for many years.
Could not be happier with the service from the moment I stepped through the doors, the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable the product was delivered a lot sooner than I expected and the delivery men were excellent and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them, the large \workshop\ I ordered is well made and every part was present and correct in good order [ quite a lot of parts ] therefore can't fault anything I will go back to Dunster House if I require any more garden buildings. I ordered a summerhouse and couldn’t be happier. The quality is superb, the price was great and if all fitted together with no problems at all. The summer house was out of stock so I had to speak to them a couple of times re dates and delivery. The office staff were very helpful and when it arrived the delivery drivers were great. Absolutely no complaints and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dunster House - in fact I already have several times.
