PROS: Friendly staff, Dr Taylor doesn't have an ego like many docs do CONS: Dr Taylor didn't give me much hope and I left with more questions than answers. Recommended allergy shots for years on end, rather than recommending natural solutions first. Turns out, a 9 Xclear spray was the perfect solution and I could have skipped the office visit. Also charged me 6x at the time of visit rather than waiting for my insurance's explanation of benefits, so now they owe me a refund. I've never had a medical office do that, so am frustrated now waiting for a check in the mail...

The staff treats me like I own Triangle ENT! Four year plus patient here & it is a place where EVERYBODY knows your name & even better, they remember who you are & what you talked about last visit. That is right they HEAR & LISTEN. The faces are not changing every week either. I like familiarity & routine. Love the fish tanks & Vanessa, Allie, Sue, & Sarah are the people I work with the most, as I am a weekly visitor for shots. Dr. Taylor is a blast & very knowledgeable. Love hearing about his military time & thank him for his service to both the military & the medical community. Allergies are not treated here with a \one size fits all\ approach. Bathrooms are always clean & very well stocked. If you are a nightmare to have a blood draw, never fear. Vanessa can & will get you through it. Thank you to all the staff. I know I forgot some of you in my review, but you are the best & last doctors office I go to that I have any faith & trust in. Thank you all for the past four years, and I will be coming here as long as you folks will have me.

Dr. Taylor is very knowledgeable is almost everything as he has been a doctor for years. He was patient, compassionate and listened to everything that was bothering me. I am glad I found him.
