Very bad experience today,i sent car to change a light bulb, then I was told my tuv can epxire in month, so I could get it done in the afternoon. I wait several hours to wait, then they said tuv. did not pass need another appointment with engineering team. Still the tuv need to charge at my car, even it was not made. Later on,the crazy thing I discover my front light part was totally broken by some one on purpose, very bad intention. When i discover this i felt so angry, no staff and sales want to take responsible for help. Director is out, i ask refund, refuse. I ask for repair my light bulb, end up with 160euro bill and the damage on my car no fixing anything, very bad feeling about BMW BRAND SHOP

Great choice of new and used cars in very good condition. Not enough salesperson, through. Better make reservation up front.
