Hired a 6 berth motor home from liverpool airport branch. On collection staff really friendly and helpful. I also spoke to the rental staff on the phone regarding a possible problem. But all was sort and nice on the phone. Would say around good customer service except on drop off day. None of the original people I delt with at the branch as it was a sunday. It did look like drop off day for all the hire cars. But the gentleman I spoke to was very rude and a bit on the insulting side. This was my only down side to hiring the motor home. I would happily hire agin but a bit disappointed to finish my perfect hire dealing with the numty at the end

came across from Norway into Liverpool Airport where they have a branch to spend a week touring the lakes. New T6 vw california. Great price too. Going to do that again.
