Called Easy bouncy castles after being let down last minute for my daughter's 1st birthday. They were here within the hour! Fantastic service, brilliant castle, friendly and professional. He was our hero and saved the whole party! Will 100% be using again and can't recommend enough! Thank you so much!
We booked a bouncy castle with Easy Bouncy Castles. They were efficient and professional at the time of booking, sent through a reminder, and arrived punctually as arranged. Unfortunately our hall had been double booked, but they were very understanding and patient, waiting at the venue whilst we tried to sort an alternative. Unfortunately the bouncy castle wouldn’t fit in the new venue, but they did their best to try and solve the problems that had arisen, and then didn’t charge us which I think some companies would have done. Although I can’t vouch for the bouncy castle as we never got to use it, I can vouch for excellent customer service!
