I have had food here a few times and I'm surprised by some of the reviews. In my experience the food has been nice and the staff have been friendly. I would not call the environment run down. It is typical of any take away restaurant. The pastry on the meat pie is the best I've ever tasted. The jolloff rice is nice, the stew nice, plantain etc good. I haven't taste everything on the menu but what I have had has been good. Don't know what's up with the bad reviews but due to my experience I have to disagree!

I ordered 10 moimoi, 5 meatpies, 2 yam pottage, 1 bowl of plantain and one edikikang. The edikikang was frozen when defrosted not one piece of meat was in it. I called and manager was extremely rude. She took my number hasn't given a refund or replaced edikikang, days gone now. No atom of customer service. Ridiculous

The food is not fresh the meat pie was dry and the meat in stew was like a rock. The lady at the counter is rude and I wouldnt visit again. The people who give 4 star reviews must be friends or family bc I dont see how the food, service or environment is 4 star. Look at their food hygiene rating online. That tells u everything and thats from 2019 so in my opinion they have got worse.
