Both our kids have been here over the past few years. The staff are great, the location perfect and our daughters loved it. Highly recommended.

Both my sons have attended Newington Nursery and have really loved it. I have been so impressed by the staff who really care for the kids and organise and provide so many well thought out and interesting activities. My sons have loved the regular outdoor play and have made lasting friendships. The teachers have prepared them so well for school. Their activities are tied in with themes and include art, music, stories, building and construction and plenty of space for imaginative play. I would highly recommend this nursery.

An absolutely lovely nursery. My daughter so enjoyed her time here, and truly flourished. The staff are wonderfully warm and caring whilst encouraging the children's learning through the curriculum for excellence framework. From small trips outside of the nursery to themed events and activities, crafts and outdoor play (in two on-site gardens) both staff and parents are highly committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive experience.

This is a fabulous nursery. The staff (which include some longstanding volunteers) are second to none and each day there are different activities planned for the children. It's well organised and they have access to two lovely gardens which are used by the children most days. They follow the curriculum of excellence and place much emphasis on preparing the children for starting school. It is a community run nursery with charitable status and so the parents can become involved if they so wish. It is a wonderful resource to have in our community and a great way of meeting other families.

I'm so glad we found this nursery. It is small and friendly with great playing space inside and outside, and run by qualified teachers. My son has thrived here and loves all the outdoor play they do. He is moving on this summer really well prepared for the next stage in his schooling. Highly recommended.
