As I’m sure most people have I spent a lot of lockdown looking at new cars and came across this dealership. Jordan was absolutely fantastic from the word go and sent me detailed videos on different cars until I found the car and deal perfect for me! The whole deal was completed in less than a week and despite everything being done online and through email was as simple and as hassle free as if I’d been sat in the dealership! The whole experience was fantastic and I can not thank, James, Craig and especially Jordan enough they really looked after me and could not have done more for me. I look forward to returning many times in the future and they are a real credit to bmw and Peter Vardy!

I can't thank you all enough for your customer service. From booking in my BMW, the engineer who provided a video straight to my iPhone and the honesty of what needed to be done and what didn't. Add in the 5 Series Hybrid courtesy car and off course the most important part; coffee and cake! I live in Dunoon now, but am more than happy to travel to keep using Vardy, who in my experience are the standard the rest should try attain. 5 Stars easily.
