Just a really top place with a friendly and knowledgeable staff team who know their bikes inside out. Great range on display and they were really encouraging about you taking the bikes out for test rides. They are located next to the Triumph dealership which is equally as friendly and helpful.

I’m reviewing the service department here. In short they are brilliant. Efficient and confidence inspiring. Always look up the technical service bulletins and make sure that work is done. Will go the extra mile to make things work (like when I got them to fit lights to my Africa Twin and the brackets weren’t in the kit) Rather than just giving up and passing it back to me, team came up with a great solution so they could get the job done. Always give really advice and give you a nice clean bike back. I have two Honda bikes and am glad I have a great service centre close by.
Tried to 'shop local' with the parts department over the phone, the staff member was not interested, he initially said to come in and see, after explaining i am 35 miles away, he then said most people buy online elsewhere anyway so best to do that, i asked for pictures of what was in stock with them but he wouldn't send any and as for what's online with them then that was a no go as well. Very poor show, in light of the current crisis i would've thought businesses would have been slightly more eager than normal to take me up on my offer to 'buy local' Very disappointed as over the last 20 years i have spent a fair amount with them, will now go elsewhere.
Great at sales for any bike with Neil and David, but aftercare and customer service is becoming more satisfactory, customer satisfaction becoming more of a priority. I would recommend the Glasgow Triumph centre over the Edinburgh site. But the Honda guys definitely have it good at Edinburgh.
