Wow terrible they should close this place... For I have been trying to make an appointment and they never answer the phone and you need to leave messages and they never call you back and rossy finally they picked up the phone and dropped it on my ears because they just don't want to help you. I hope we have a 1800 number where we can call swedish and reports the staff but at least the reviews are helping.

I have been a loyal customer to you guys for the last 10 years and I am greatly happy with the services here. The staff is very friendly and the doctor is also very professional. However things changed this time. On 15/01, for my visit, I got a chance to meet up with Dr. Minoo B. This is the first time I met her for my annual check up and blood I had 4 questions for the doctor in regard to my health condition. After she answered my questions, she said: I ran out of time and she did not let me get the blood test. I explained to her that I had to be fasting for 11 hours to get the blood test. Please let me take the blood test. She was so rude and told me that: “You have been asking too many questions. Your time 30 minutes were over.” She was not friendly and helpful at all. My time was up because she took so long to answer my 4 questions. And now she blamed me on asking too many questions. She did not let me get the blood test and she left me alone in the office After being waited for one hour, I got the blood test. She added: “ since you have 2 visits today, you have to pay out of your pocket for the second visit. The insurance will not cover for this. She was discriminated and very incompetent in what she was supposed to do. I would like to request to change my family doctor. I do hope to get a clear explanation on this horrible experience. Thank you very much!

Couldn't even get past the phone call so that's all I can review on. Zero stars if I could! Receptionist was extremely rude and difficult when my brother called to make an appointment. He has learning disabilities and he struggles to make phone calls so we have been working with him and coaching him on making his own phone calls. The receptionist was so disrespectful to him and impatient when he was asking a question. I couldn't believe it, I just took the phone from him and hung up. We'll go somewhere else!

I have been going here for years, everyone here is so nice and they truly care about you. I highly recommend this place. If you can, try to get Dr. Nelson, she’s fantastic!
