I joined the club around a year ago. First doing the jujitsu fundamentals class they rolled out. Although I can't make every class due to work commitments I keep coming back and learn something new each time. The coachs are approachable and extremely knowledgeable having competed and been successful themselves in various disciplines. The atmosphere is always positive and welcoming. As someone who never sticks at anything I highly recommend giving it a try.

I started training with SBG Moray just over a year ago and now it's hard to remember what life was like without it! As a complete newbie to the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & MMA I was pretty nervous about starting classes and sticking out like a sore thumb! But everyone made me feel really comfortable and welcome. Having Multiple Sclerosis I worried that I wouldn't be able to keep up...or more that the coaches would assume I couldn't keep up. People hear MS and automatically think \wheelchair\ but I've never been treated any differently to anyone else during training (although I know the guys are happy to help if I needed it). It's literally been life changing! I'm fitter than I've ever been. The coaches are incredible! They're knowledgeable, talented, patient and passionate about what, and who, they teach...with world champions, winning professional and amateur MMA fighters, national level Jiu-Jitsu champions...I think the quality speaks for itself.
