This is an end of tenancy cleaning service but I use this company for my elderly parents house in a monthly basis and I am pretty familiar with all the workers who are all nice people with good manners. Do not be afraid to ask any discounts if you are frequent customer!
Please for your own sanity do not hire this company! My flatmate booked this company for our EOT clean. It was a truely a horrible experience. We paid 240 pounds up front. 25 pounds was a deposit. To begin, they didn't clean the place. The house was left ready for them to clean, completely empty. We struggled to find evidence that they had even attempted to do the job we hired them for. Because of this company we were forced to pay an agency cleaning fee of 400 pounds. Naturally we contacted the owner and showed him video evidence that the job had not been competed. After much back and forth he agreed to a full refund. Over the next week we were fed lie after lie. At first the money would be in our account by Monday. Then Tuesday. Then it was that the refund was processed today and would be in our account in 24 hours. After the 24 hours were up I called and the owner told me that they had been typing the account in incorrectly so the money was bouncing back to them. I gave him a different account number and was promised the money in less than two hours. After the two hours it was not in my account so I called again and he said he was doing it now. Then the money came through. Only it was not the full amount. When I called to ask where the rest of the refund was I got verbally abused by the owner. He yelled at me, swore and threatened me. In the end we managed to get 200 pounds back but this was after dozens of calls and being abused over the phone. I repeat do not hire this company!
One of the most affordable house cleaning services around here and they do the job thoroughly as necessary. Don't get yourself fooled just because the prices are lower doesn't mean that the quality of work is worse. Truth be told then I have much better experiences with EOT than with 4 other cleaning services who shall not be named.
I always call them on a very tight schedule where the apartment needs to be cleaned quickly before I can move the new tenants in and they have always found me some free spots. Great work by all. Thanks.
