Bought a shower tray online but when it arrived and I unpacked it, it turned out to be quite bad quality so I decided to send it back. I secured the bix to make sure the item didn't get damaged and sent it with a courier. It arrived in a perfect condition but Regonimic Designs refused to refund me as the box was ripped on one side. Then they stopped replying to my emails and left me 100 short :/ I don't recommend!
