To be fair, I must start with the positive points before I bring up the negative ones. Positive: Very friendly team, COVID 19 safety measures in place, professional and modern looking showroom, etc. Negative points, if it wasn't for the following issues, I would have provided 5 starts with no hesitation. Tesla invited me to test drive their vehicles. I was offered certain prices on the phone that turned out to be inaccurate later when I attended the dealership. Eventually, they sold me model X and after placing an order they increased the prices significantly (More than 13,000) and offered a very minor credit for compensation. It was too late since I already sold my current car in anticipation of new Tesla. The manager simply said there is nothing much I can get from Tesla, it is that or take my deposit back. I am currently at small claims court and will update anyone who is interested about the outcome. I am willing to share my court materials with anyone who is facing the same issue. Tesla has been negotiating with thousands Canadians when they already stopped their car productions and switched to the new shape. BE CAREFUL OF SOME PROVISIONS IN THE AGREEMENT THAT SAYS YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE AGAINST TESLA AND THAT YOUR REMEDY IS ONLY A REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT. READ YOUR ORDER AGREEMENT. @elonmusk & @Tesla_Canada

I'm a huge fan of alternative fuel vehicles! My son worked for Tesla, loved his job and is totally convinced about electric vehicle technology made by Tesla! Staff are eager to answer questions.
Staff is nice and responsive for arranging test drive. Recommended.
Well friends... The name speaks for itself... Amazing car brand. My son and I test drove Tesla X, and we both fell in love with the car. Dan, customer service rep was amazing. From the very first moment we have met he was very friendly and professional. My son is 17 and Dan was able to have a very interesting conversation with him. Dan made us feel as we were part of Tesla family. We will be returning to see Dan again, once this lock out is over. Great day at Tesla Sherway.
