After receiving my bonus for signing up, I was thrilled with my fire stick that worked a couple weeks. After it stopped working I contacted Casey Johnson and he said to send it to him so he could look at it and try to fix it. A week later I tried contacting Casey through Facebook, which is where we've been communicating, and he's got me blocked. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN OR ANYONE FROM RECONNECT/DIRECTV! IF I could give them negative 5 stars I would. The tech who put my dish up seems to be the ONLY one with integrity!

Blatant false advertising used on Facebook to lure you in. The customer agreement you get is the actual terms don’t let them lie and tell you it’s just generic and not what you will be getting. I pay for 25 Mbps but receive at best 15 but for the most part I get less then five. If it’s a prime usage time I get .25. It’s nothing more then a scam artist signing you up for Viasat internet which is the same as exceed. Sucks for gaming as well. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER IT IS A SCAM!
